Motivation
Mindfulness: A Path to Inner Peace
Mindfulness helps release negative emotions and find balance. It means being present in the moment without judgment.
Simple practices:

Gauranga-Breathing
We relax through a special breathing technique combined with the mantra “Gauranga.”

Music - Meditation
Music-supported mantra meditation: Listen and, if you wish, join in singing soothing mantras to clear your mind and free yourself from negative emotions.

Japa Yoga
Japa Yoga – Meditation through mantra repetition to calm the mind, improve focus, and find inner peace.

Breathe out and chant Gaur-Ra-An-Ga aloud.

Be gentle and relaxed if your mind starts to wander.
Simply observe your thoughts without judgment and gently return to the mantra meditation.
